Я не опытный ардуинщик и проблему решить сам не могу. Думаю дело в драйверах, но точно не знаю... Причина выяснилась. Не прошит микроконтроллер ATmega16U2 для взаимодействия по USB. Драйвер исключительно на виртуальный порт. Если плата определяется в диспетчере устройств, то драйвер встал. Решение твоей проблемы выкладывалось на этом форуме не раз. Лень-матушка поискать?
Тогда надо добавить [РЕШЕНО] в название темы. А вот удалять как раз не надо. Вдруг у кого-то будет такая же проблема, а тут ее причина.
